Happy days

Good morning, I am happy to do the mojo Monday challenge, keyword is MOJO169. I started with designer paper from Jen Wilson's adventure series.  The little frog is cut out and paper piece and it is from the unfrogettables stamp set.  I used glossy accents on the crown and for his tutu I used the header from the banner die from MFT and some google eyes.  On the cloud I used liquid applique for puffy power. The star is also from MFT. That little guy is just jumping for joy.

Thanks for stopping and have a super day!

Snowflakes

Good evening, I started out using the stamp set by Verve called Christmas in the Air.  I stamped the snowflakes which are trees put into a circle, then colored them in with night of navy, sprinkled glitter over them and added a pearl in the center of each.  Added the beautiful saying... snowflakes are winters butterflies.  Now that saying is perfect, considering that I have taken the master gardener's program and received my certificate. Now I get to volunteer many hours of services and lots of learning. The polka dotted paper has a shimmery shine to it, that adds lots of sparkle. I also used night of navy and whisper white paper. The finishing touch a silver bow.

Thanks for looking and have a great evening.

Christmas blessings

Good morning, I am so excited this is my first verve challenge with starting my blog.  I hope I win!!!  The keyword for the challenge is MOJO168.  I used Verve stamps, just love them!!!  I started with certainly celery as my card, added night of navy then very vanilla using my cuttlebug with these big circles.  I grabbed my Papertrey paper and matted it with night of navy.  Then... I used my Verve stamp set Blessed Christmas!!!  Stamped the beautiful cross in night of navy, colored it with brocade blue then used glossy accents to highlight it, cut it out and added a pearl!!  Also did a touch of sewing above and to the right of the cross. Matted the saying of Christmas Blessings in night of navy, on very vanilla paper.  Added a pretty bow and ribbon and 5 more pearls at the bottom.  This sketch was very nice to work with.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.  Thanks Verve!!!!!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

Christmas magic

Good morning, on today's card I used a lot of different items. I paper pieced the trees, they are from Verve. The deer is SU, also the snowflakes and the Merry Christmas saying.  On the bottom of the card I used MFT grass die and sprinkled it with glitter, love the sparkle it gives.  I dressed up the buttons using paper and the snowflakes got a dash of glossy accents. Did a little zig-zagging with the sewing machine, such fun!!  I could spend the whole day doing this.

Have a great day!
