We are back from our wonderful trip to Florida, Busch gardens, sea world, cocoa beach and Cape Coral. The weather was so wonderful, mid 80's I can't wait to have that here!!  When we got home it was 15 degrees.  Burr that's cold!! But I am excited to be back and doing My Favorite Things, Wednesday Stamp Club Challenge.  Sketch MFTWSC12, check out MFT's blog for the details!!  This cute, adorable couple is the flapper doodles from MFT, called I love us.  My brother has an anniversary coming up, so I thought this would be the perfect card for them.  I used My Mind's eye for the dp paper, real red, basic black and whisper white.  Red sticklers complimented her dress, hearts and his fancy tie.  The sentiment is from MFT called make the date.  The cuttlebug folder with circles I used on the black background paper.  Well, I wish all of you a wonderful day! My Favorite Things Wednesday stamp club challenge, check out their blog for details.  Sketch number MFTWSC11.  I used lots of thing on this card. I started with old olive and My Mind's Eye designer paper, around the edge I used the new embossing folder (tulip border) from SU.  I paper pieced the bunny stamp set called warm fuzzies from MFT, added glossy accents to the bunnies ears and the heart, used copic markers on her face, neck and hands.  The strip behind the bunnies head is cork.  The sunshine and grass are both die-namics from MFT.  The Easter Blessings stamp is from SU called fancy flexible phrases.  The two eggs are cut out and I used glossy accents on the top. I also did some zig-zag stitching.  I really enjoyed this sketch.  Before I forget HAPPY ST. PATRICK"S DAY !!!!!! Have a great day. Nancy

Good morning... Love the die cut kite, sunshine and grass from My Favorite Things!!!!  Love the cloud die too and that is from Papertrey!!!  Sentiment is from the stamp set, make the date by MFT.  This card was a lot of fun too make! Have a nice day:) Nancy

Good morning... I love to view Melissa Phillilps blog and see her creations.  I tried to create the vintage feeling and softness as you see viewing her cards.  I wish my bows were more like hers, I just need a little more practice.  I used my mind's eye for my pattern paper and pretty in pink with whisper white.  The happy birthday stamp is from make the date by MFT.  The butterfly die is by Papertrey and the bird and the scroll on the butterfly is bliss from SU.  Don't you just love that bird I stamped on the pattern paper, so cute!!  Added some scrunchy seam binding, button, pearls and some stitching to finish the card. This card is for My Favorite Things, Wednesday stamp club sketch MFTWSC10.  I started with so saffron paper, tempting turquoise and my minds eye pattern paper.  The stamp set is called being cute is what I do and make the date, both are by My Favorite Things.  I paper pieced the girl, added pearls to her pony tails and used frosted lace sticklers. Hey there... Another take on the cotton candy card.  The background has swirls of different colored inks, which was made with shaving cream.  Who has not tried the shaving cream technique yet?  Mmmm, I am still smelling the card!!  I used Verve stamps, the set is called Wishing You.  Did some stitching, used some spellbinders and added some bling.
