Christmas is near.

After watching the Papertrey countdown I am excited to start my Christmas cards.  Although this first card is not really Christmas, it has the right colors.  I used  Papertrey's harvest berries stamp set.  SU's close to cocoa ink and I hand rubbed the edges of the mat stack #4 die.  Using different circle punches I created the flower using cranberry crisp card stock and a gemstone brad.  The felt leaves are from SU.  I cut 3 pieces of lace and laid them accordingly and stitched across them adding buttons, twine and a pearl.  K & Company gets the credit for this beautiful designer paper, also using cranberry crisp, old olive and very vanilla.
Next, is more of a Christmas card, again using a lot of Papertrey products.  First I die cut the mat stack #4, and  centered the fillable frames #10 die inside the mat stack #4 and die cut that.  Then in the opening I used night of navy card stock and polka dots embossing folder and positioned it behind adding on top a 3 layer snowflake with a gemstone brad in the middle also using glitter.  The pattern on the mat stack #4 is the houndstooth stamp set by Maile ( you all know her from Papertrey), using cranberry crisp ink and more glitter.
This sweet tiny tags die is by Melissa from Papertrey, adding the pearls and string. The beautiful designer paper is Bo Bunny.  Also stitching on some lace and adding the bow dyed with old olive ink.  The edges of the card are also stamped with cranberry crisp using the houndstooth stamp set.
I hope everyone has a great day and thanks for stopping by.

Nancy
