Serendipity Stamps challenge #2 Winter Birthday

Good morning, Serendipity Stamps is having  a winter birthday challenge #2.  I recently purchased some of their stamps and I am very pleased with them.  The stamp that I used here is called Winter Farm. I really enjoy the winter scenes with lots of snow out in the countryside.

Today is one of those days we are receiving a lot of snow, schools are closed, probably almost in the whole state of Wisconsin. I love these days, you get to hug and snuggle indoors.  Below I took a couple of pictures peeking out my front door this morning around 8:30 am. We should get anywhere between 9 and 14 inches of SNOW!!!  It is beautiful, crisp and clean!

Enjoy your day and don't forget to check out Serendipity Blog for the challenge!

  4. I'm dreaming of a white Christmas is what came to mind when I saw the beautiful card you made Nancy as well as the cozy pictures you took off your porch. We don't get to see that here in CA and I am so jealous! I love the card you made...you really colored it perfectly...love the little tiny bit of red and how you tied it in with the red/white twine. Thank you so much for playing along with the Serendipity Blog Challenge. They really are great stamps, aren't they?

  7. Nancy, more inspiration I see here! Is that a tiny red door on your house with the lights on in the windows? Yes, it is, I just clicked on the photo ... FABulous detailing. The diagonal, dark stripes, the shadow on the letters, the lack of color except the blue sky, all make for a cozy feeling that is conveyed so well. A very Merry Christmas to you and yours : )
